I am a 2012 graduate from Niagara College's Occupational and Physiotherapy Assistant Program and since then I have worked alongside a variety of alternative healthcare providers. I have gained much experience and a skill set that has allowed me to really adapt in many situations. I have taken great pride in assisting individuals achieve their optimal health while finding a balance in today’s hustle and bustle. On my off time, you can find me doing landscaping part time at a golf course, bringing aspects of yoga into my life where possible and always spending quality time with my family enjoying our beautiful community.
