Sarah completed her bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy from the University of Amsterdam in 2000 and her Master of Science in Physiotherapy from the University of Coventry in England in 2012. Sarah is a registered physiotherapist in Ontario since 2017 and has many years of experience working with different conditions and all ages.
Since Sarah is interested in continuing education and women health, she has rostered to perform internal assessments and treatment of the pelvic floor patients. She has also had training since 2020 on how to educate and treat athletes with pelvic health issues and incontinence. Sarah has experience working with pre- and post-pregnancy patients with lower back/hip pain, treating their pelvic pain and bladder control.
Sarah has also completed the program of McMaster Contemporary Medical Acupuncture in 2018 and has been practicing since then.
Sarah looks forward to helping patients with conditions related to pelvic floor and educating them on how to improve their strengths or weaknesses in this area.
During her time off, Sarah enjoys spending time with her family and friends outside. If the weather is right, she will even go for a nice jog in one of Hamilton’s many trails.
