To our patients, friends, and community:

Our clinic will remain closed during the pandemic, in order to protect public health and slow the spread of this disease. We are closely monitoring the situation and will be notifying patients once we are able to re-open.  All scheduled massage, chiropractic, physiotherapy, and naturopathic appointments have been cancelled until April 18th at the earliest, and we have contacted all affected patients.  In this challenging time, please take care of yourselves and your loved ones. If you have any questions regarding your condition, or prescribed exercises & home care, please call or email – we’ll be checking and responding to messages daily.
  • Has my appointment been cancelled?

As of right now, all appointments scheduled between March 16th and April 18th have been canceled.  We expect this shutdown may extend beyond the 18th.

  • I’m in a lot of pain, where do I go for help?

If you think that you or a loved one is experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 9-1-1 right away.  If this is not an emergency, please visit your family doctor’s office or Urgent Care center.

  • When are you reopening?

It’s hard to say.  We are actively monitoring information being provided by the government, the ministry of health, and our healthcare regulatory authorities.  Once it is deemed safe for us to offer services to the public, we will be opening our doors and contacting all our patients.

  • I think I have coronavirus. What do I do?

If you think that you or a loved one has COVID-19, please call 8-1-1 (no, that’s not a typo. It really is 8-1-1). This number is the emergency hotline set up by the government of Canada for coronavirus.

  • Is it safe to travel? How can I prevent infection?

Because the situation regarding this global pandemic is constantly evolving, the best place to go for up-to-date information, guidance, and advice is at the government of Canada’s website.

Thank you for your continued patience as we get through this challenging time together.  Please don’t hesitate to reach out to us with any questions you may have.    If you have any questions about your current condition or exercises please send us an email or phone call, and we will forward your query to your treating practitioner.

I find that it’s helpful to think of these events as being similar to a storm.  When a big one’s coming, you find shelter and then ride it out, because as scary as they may be – storms eventually pass.  We look forward to seeing you on the other side.
